Around 80% of us are in the wrong bra size. Literally millions of women are not looking or feeling as good as they deserve to. In fact, when did you last get fitted? Have you ever been properly fitted?
You need a sports bra that minimises bounce. Otherwise, too much movement could cause sagging and pain in your shoulders, neck and back. With a good bra, you can focus on your workout without worrying about your bust.
If you’ve never had a bra fitting – or it’s just been a while – don’t be put off. You’ll find friendly, helpful Freya-trained fitters at major department stores or good independent boutiques. They’ll help find the right size and style for you. You should get fitted every six months. Our bodies change all the time, so it’s really important to keep checking your bra size
You’ll always look better in the right size bra. But you’ll look really great if you choose the right style. Here are the main styles you’ll find in most good stores.
When you’re choosing a bra that’ll make you look great, you need to consider what you’re working with. Different styles suit different bust shapes.
Our coordinates such as lingerie bottoms and bikini bottoms are sized from an XS to a 2XL. The table below shows what this means in terms of UK dress sizes. This is only to be used as a guide, as different styles can vary ever so slightly.
Freya loungewear is available from an XS to XL. Again the table below shows what this means in terms of UK dress sizes. With our lounge tops and camis you also have the choice between a medium cup (B-DD) and a fuller cup (E-G) so you can buy loungewear that fits your bust as well as your body.
Our Freya Fancies Bralettes are available in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. Please use the size chart below to convert your bra size to a bralette size.
Freya lingerie and swimwear use UK underband and cup sizing. Please use the size charts below to convert international sizing.

The Arabella bra was discontinued a couple of years ago. For a similar fit and style you may like to try the Siren or the Pulse plunge bra.
Depending on how old your Deco bra was the fit may have been updated. In addition over time bras will stretch so it could be that your older bra has stretched meaning the new one will feel a tighter fit.
The European cup sizes vary slightly to the UK ones so a UK 28F would convert to a European 60G.
