Say Hello to Deco Shapewear! 0

Deco is my all time favourite range of Freya lingerie I don’t mind telling you.

I wear Deco most days to shape under t-shirts, vintage dresses, blouses – you name it, I Deco it – and the arrival of Deco Shapewear currently has me all in a tizzy.

I will level with you, ladies. I am 36, soon to be 37. I am Mum to young twins. Let’s just say things don’t seem quite as…nubile as they were 10 years ago. Now don’t get me wrong, I am proud of my body and all  it has achieved in these 36 years. I don’t subscribe to the view that women should look a certain way, and I love my curves, as most Freya ladies too. More

Well helloooo there, Fitting Talk readers! I hope you are keeping away the Winter blues as we are nearing the end of January…roll on Spring, I say!

I am really excited about Freya’s celebration of one of my favourite ever bras, the delicious, delectable and dependable Deco. Deco is my favourite Freya bra because it is reliable, supportive and so well shaped. I wear mine under t-shirts, sheer lined tops and yoga gear, and count it as my g0-to for daily comfort and support.

We love a good wedding 0

A couple of weeks ago my baby brother and his lovely lady got married in York.

It was the most magical day; the bride and groom had the best day of their lives, the weather was perfect, the service and reception were so much fun, and it was just an amazing family celebration. The Mini Divas were little flower girls, and revelled in their role for the day.  More

Brook on a bike… 0

I just had to say I had some serious bike and dress envy when I saw the delicious Miss Kelly Brook in this amazing red number. The dress is by the Pretty Dress Company, and has been added to My Style Pinterest board as soon as I saw it. It’s £95 and pretty perfect for the curvy girl I think, certainly a showstopper!

Now, when I train for Cycletta I tend to look a lot sweatier than this, probably covered in rain and mud, and,  in my padded cycling shorts, decidedly less girly.  More

Taking my Freya to NYC 0

I had the girls dream recently of a long weekend in New York. I hopped over the pond with my lovely friend Michelle and spent our 3 days shopping, checking our diners and cupcakes, and taking it all in. Mainly shoppong and eating though, to be fair… I adored New York and love to soak up the atmosphere of the city, but as I didnt have much room in my suitcase for glitzy clothes I had a trick up my sleeve….my lovely, foxy fashionista Nina set. Now, I can handle wearing trainers, jeans and comfy tourist clothes but a girl has to feel glam in NYC, right? Here is what I packed for New York. I took my Nina, my Deco in nude, my Crystal and my Lyla in pink. Which Freya sets would you take to browse the Big Apple?
