Its winter. Practically anyway. This means one thing. I really don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. I also only want to chuck on a hoody, jeans and fluffy slippers, or better yet just hibernate until Spring. Whilst I work on winning the Euro Millions so that my sloth winter dream can come true, at least I can console myself with the fact that Freya lingerie will ensure my fiance still finds me attractive despite my winter attire.

The importance of correctly fitted maternity Lingerie 0

After having three babies myself you would think I was an expert on maternity lingerie but in fact when I look back I think I was not given very good advice. If I had taken better care of my breasts during pregnancy and following whilst breastfeeding I think I might have rescued them a little. The importance of a correctly fitted maternity bra, I now see is really an essential part of breast well being.

Most woman find that one of the first signs of pregnancy are breasts that are increasing in size and can often be tender. During the course of your pregnancy your breast size and shape can change dramatically. This is not reflective of putting on weight – do not fear if your back size increases; this is because you ribs are expanding due to making room for the little person growing inside you!

Freya at the MOBO Awards 0

Last week I was lucky enough to have been invited by Freya along to the MOBO Awards show in Glasgow, Scotland. My first thoughts were: ‘Crumbs, what am I going to wear?!’ and ‘How am I going to contain myself amongst all the celebs? It was a tough job but somebody had to do it and I had one of the most amazing star-studded and bass-fuelled nights of my life! I arrived in Bristol to catch my flight on Tuesday 4th and after some panic dress and clutch bag buying boarded my plane, full to the brim with nerves and dreading the inevitable delay or terrible even curse which seems to haunt me when I’m due someplace important at a certain time which leads to nothing but shredded nerves and smudged nail varnish (but that’s another story!) Amazingly, nothing dreadful or unfortunate happened on my travels to Glasgow (other than perhaps embarrassing myself when I got really excited by a man wearing a kilt in the airport *cringe*) and I found I had a few hours to do a bit more panic shopping in Glasgow city centre, paint my nails and watch the Alan Titchmarsh show in my hotel room. Nerves and excitement aside, I teetered on my stilettos to the SECC Arena in Glasgow, retrieved my press pass and hall ticket and marched past all the screaming fans to the red carpet area to get my Tweet on for Freya. If you follow Freya on Twitter or Facebook you’ll know that the team were at the music awards backstage handing out goody bags to the stars including the likes of Jessie J, Dionne Bromfield and Fazer from NDubz (not one for Tulisa perhaps?).
