Cybher is the first all inclusive female blogger event of its kind in the UK.This one-day event will bring together the most influential bloggers and speakers from all corners of the blogosphere to network, inspire, share and learn. One of those speakers is our very own Jo from Dextrous Diva – I am looking forward to hearing her speak.

I have chosen my outfit – obviously crucial as I don’t want to look like a dowdy mummy Blogger but a Mummalicious blogger and so I have gone for a gorgeous Maxi dress from Dorothy Perkins, a cute Denim Jacket from New Look (bargain at only £17.99) and some flats (can’t decide on flip flops or canvas pumps). Plus a little peachy flower clip in my now even shorter hair!

Obviously underwear will be Freya and I am leaning towards my Pixie set.

My own blogging journey has come so far in  such a short space of time but I am so keen to learn more and the day is packed to the brim with content. I am actually not quite sure how they plan on fitting it all in, but I shall have my notebook at the ready to take down all my notes. A proper little geek again, I shall be in my element!

I shall come back from the weekend and tell you all about it.

Maybe breast do define us as in a physical sense as a woman but I think think femininity  is more than that. It includes, behaviours and attribute associated with being female that can actually be seen in all sexes and genders. That could include a love for colours, materials, make-up, heels, romantic comedies – you name the female stero-type and it comes under the umbrella of femininity.

I am ridiculously feminine. I don’t shy away from hard graft, but if I can do it in heels, with my make-up on, then I will! And if I need overalls and my Wellies on, then I want to feel feminine underneath.

This can be done with the most stunning set of lingerie called Elize.

It is made from a beautifully feminine lilac satin material and is edged in sexy black lace. The bra itself is slightly padded to give that little bit of extra support and smooth shape.

It feels pretty and girly and yet had a sultry feel to it.

This April has been so dismal! The Mini Divas and I are longing for some lovely Spring sunshine, although we did enjoy some puddle splashing yesterday – togged up in wellies and rain coats getting wet and larking about is a lot of fun.

As the weather has been so awful and I have had quite a few difficult days with my endometriosis, I have been spending a lot of time snuggled up in my Sadie loungewear. I even stayed in Sadie all day last Friday, and when I skyped a work colleague in the afternoon ( who also works at home), guess what she was wearing?

Loungewear is definitely a bonus when working from home. Just don’t tell anyone…

Howdy, lovely Freya ladies!

I hope you are just fine and dandy. Do you remember last year I ran my first ever half marathon in September? Well, this year I am going a step further; I am taking part in another Run to the Beat half marathon and also cycling 40k in the womens cycling event Cycletta. Both events are in aid endometriosis, a chronic health condition I live with every day that affects one in 10 women.

I will be supported in every way by Freya, who have kindly sponsored my entry to Cycletta and will be looking after my assets with Freya Active as I train for my busy Autumm. All money raised will go to Endometriosis UK to fund the essential research into this crippling illness.

Of course I will be blogging here and on Dexterous Diva all my progress. I hope you enjoy reading my training progress and taking the journey with me whether in real life if I can tempt you to don those trainers, or virtually as you help me in my journey here online.

Choosing which Freya lingerie underwear set to wear each day is one of my favourite choices of the day.

I love that I can choose from a nude, neutral Deco for sheer and seamless support, or a leopard print Roxeanne, a girly Luisa or a foxy Lyla; I like to think that each set brings out something else in me, a girly side, the vampy side, the mum-at-home side. All of them are part of me.

Today is a Roxeanne day, although under a crisp white top, so the leopard print cheekiness is under wraps

Still, I have a new weapon – Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred.

Oh yes.

This DVD has a series of 3, super efficient, 20 minute workouts by Jillian Michaels who knows how to make us work in those all important minutes!

The great thing is that I can do this at home, is only takes 20 minutes, and while the weather is still nasty and I haven’t been out yet to start my 2012 Run to the Beat training ( remember this from last year?), I can still exercise – in my Freya Active, of course.

Hurrah! Oh, Freya girls did I ever rejoice on reading this week’s Grazia headline….

Apparently, according to the weekly fashionista’s bible, hard, worked out bodies are OUT….and soft, womanly curves are IN.

I know! Lets rejoice that all of us full-cupped lingerie ladies and fans of Freya can rest assured that we are, for now at least, in fashion flavour favour.

Leading the trend, apparently, is the Kardashian curves and the post-partum Beyonce.

I say we should celebrate our womanly figures anyway, don’t you?

One of my early birthday presents was a fabulous spa day away with the girls.

The treatments included a facial (bliss) a full body massage (heavenly) and a pedicure (anything that makes my feet look slightly feminine is good!) and a delicious two course lunch!

The day before we are set go and what should pop through the post but the Swing Lagoon Bikini.

Absolutely delightful it is!

The padded top gives me some va va voom in the boob department and the band around the top of the brief is so very flattering to your waist line.

It has a floral design but in nautical colours and looks very classy. The bikini also comes with a matching dress that can fall off the shoulders for sun bathing purposes but will look so cute in the summer teamed with a pretty pair of flip flops! I can’t wait for the weather to warm up again so I can wear this!

The bikini saw me well through the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room! It got lots of compliments and i have converted another two friends to the joys of Freya!

How I love a birthday! I wish I could turn 30 again now!

My new addition to the Freya collection is perfect for Spring. This is a lovely feminine collection which is very my style, great shade of pink and lovely frills to add an extra elegance, as always with Freya the set is very comfortable and a delight to wear.

I have been itching to write a blog post for years, but I never found the time or the right words! After nearly a year working with Freya, I have found a passion for wearing, writing and learning about lingerie. The thing is I am a 32G and working at Freya is a dream come true! So I wanted to let you all in on my Freya journey and what better way than on the Freya blog?

Finding Freya
When I was in my teens I found lingerie and boobs a taboo subject – something which I blushed at and the thought of a bra fitting was scary. I came to Eveden in 2009 as a university placement student, wearing a 38DD greying bra. As soon as I sat at my desk, I could feel the eyes of my colleagues burning into my chest and sure enough I was ushered down to Freya design where I was fitted, only to find that I was a 32G! Hoorah! Since that fitting I have never looked back, I have become somewhat of a preacher when it comes to lingerie fitting – I tell anyone and everyone. The funny thing is, no one ever yawns when you are offering bra fitting advice or lingerie tips as it is something that women love to be educated about. Once I have told them how a good fitting bra should look and feel, I then whip out my secret weapon – the latest Freya brochure and now all of my friends and family are hooked!

The Learning Curve
Before I started working at Eveden I wondered why my underwires popped out of my bras and why my knickers sagged on the bottom after a few washes… that naughty washing machine was ruining my underwear. To give my lingerie wardrobe the utmost respect and longevity I now handwash all my bras and knickers – it may take a little man power but the results are worth it! Another tip is to always wear your new Freya bra on the last hook, as the bra ages move it on a hook – this increases the life of your bra!

As I own such a large amount of underwear – it is important for me to keep it organised, this also helps with Monday morning matching frustration. Just to give you an idea here is how I organise my lingerie drawers:

Expressing Myself
As a Fashion graduate I love to follow the latest trends and Freya offers stunning, on trend designs matched with the perfect fit. Now I don’t mind if I flash my Ashlee Sorbet strap under my summer top – Sorbet is a hot shade for SS12. Here are a few other SS12 trends from Freya:
