Freya Autumn/Winter collections sneak preview! 4

It’s June! Which means the Autumn/Winter range will be slowly trickling into stores and online retailers. In preparation I’ve compiled a sneak peek preview of some of my favourites of the new collection.

A wall of Freya!

Closer look :)

Freya Neive Sapphire longline bra,

‘Go traditional without the chintz in Nieve’s uber-classic Liberty-inspired print, trimmed with vintage-look lace and rose ribbon trims.’

Balcony bra: 28-38 D-K

Long-line bra: 30-38 C-G

Available August 2011.

I’m pretty gutted that the long-line style Neive bra doesn’t come in a 28 back, however luckily for me I am quite in-betweeny so I will definitely give a 30 back a go. The pattern is simply stunning – particularly in the flesh – the colours are vibrant tertiary muted tones yet bright, complimentary and fresh. The ditsy floral makes it perfect to carry on the summer feel into the winter months. The retro feel of the long-line in particular is simply fabulous and hard to find in these sizes –  a must have for me!

Freya Erin bra (the padded half-cup style)

‘Super-smart stripes together with a girly floral print. It’s an unexpected combo, but it works like a dream.’

Balcony bra: 28-38 D-GG

Padded half-cup style: 30-38 D-G

Available June 2011.

The Erin set is another favourite – the unexpected wash of aqua turquoise colour with the pretty pink and multicoloured florals and pin stripe truly makes this an ‘unexpected combo’ as the product description says. I described it as an ‘unpredictable floral’ in my Top Trends for A/W from Moda 2011 blog over on Invest In Your Chest. Can’t wait to try this one – the silky smooth fabric is gorgeous.

Freya Ingrid bra

‘Ingrid’s soft tones bring a sensual touch to a black base. This look’s up-to-the-minute and loaded with low-key attitude.’

Padded half-cup bra: 30-38 B-G

Available September 2011.

This Ingrid set really caught my eye. I love a cute and kitsch bird print and this one is stunning. I love the colour combination as well!

Freya Deco with extra padding – for those who want an extra bit of oomph!

Freya Swim (including the new Freya Active swimwear) and some new sets from Freya Active (right)

The Freya Active range is expanding into swimwear – finally! For the more intensive swimmer (no splashing about, no petting, no bombing) the Freya Active swimsuit uses the same technology of the Freya Active sports bras and makes a love child with a swimsuit. And what a beautiful baby it is! The bestseller ‘Pier’ bikini now available in hot pink and black. Hooray!

Some of the new loungewear collection

Freya Edith loungewear nightie (left) and Ingrid separates (right)

As a recent convert to the Freya Lounge range, I’m excited to try the new collection, I can see a lot of OC mix matching of lingerie sets with the corresponding loungewear – bring it on!

Which sets are your lust-haves of the new collection?

Much Love,
