  It might not be your band size that is too tight, it might be your cup size that it too small especially if you find that your wires are cutting in under your arms.
  
  We recommend that you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant to check that you are still wearing the correct bra size.   If you feel that your straps are cutting into your shoulders, we suggest you try and loosen them so as they are not as restricting.
  
  Alternatively, if you haven't been fitted within the last 6 months then we suggest you visit your nearest Freya stockist to ensure you are still wearing the correct bra size, as this could also contribute to your straps cutting into your shoulders.
