Over time busts change not only size but shape as well. If it has been a while since you were fitted we would strongly recommend that you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting. Our fitting consultant will ensure you are wearing the correct bra size and suggest a style suited to your bust shape. You can find your nearest Freya stockist here.
Until you try a bra or bikini top on it is impossible to tell how it will fit as everybody is not only a different size but a different shape. We understand how challenging returns can be however if you are uncertain of size the best would be to try both sizes so you can compare the fit at the same time.
The Tootsie bandeau is a standard Freya fit however different styles will fit differently, this is due to the different cut of the style and the fabrics used. In addition it is very difficult to be absolutely accurate advising a bra size based on measurements. To get the best fit for a Freya bra or swimwear we recommend you visit your local Freya stockist who will be able to fit and advise on the best style to suit your shape. See here for your nearest Freya stockist.
You could try the chemise or the camisole in our deco delight range which will offer light support. Alternatively a soft cup bra will give you more support without the discomfort of underwires. Please see our range here.

Different styles will fit differently. If the 38F is too tight around the back but ok in the cup, then we would recommend the 40E.
Fantasie and Freya are based on similar sizing however Freya does not really have any ranges with a similar fit to the Rebecca. There is the Deco moulded bras which are lovely and give a smooth, rounded shape however they will fit differently. You may also like the Patsy half cup padded bra.
If your daughter is pregnant her bust size and shape will be changing constantly. She needs to wear a soft cup (nonwired) bra to ensure her breast tissue is not damaged.
We strongly recommend she is fitted correctly to ensure she is wearing the correct size and style for her shape. Please find your nearest Freya stockist here.
Ensure that your straps are tight enough to hold your bust firmly but not so much that they cut into your shoulders.
Please see our fitting video here which will guide you on how to fit a bra correctly.

We recommend that you visit one of our stockists where one of our professional fitters will be able to ensure you get fitted in the perfect size and style. You can find your nearest stockist here.

You will need to fit yourself to the larger breast so you will be a DD. We do not stock them but you can get 'chicken fillets' for bras online to ensure the B size breast looks equal to the DD.
We love our Rio bra as this helps minimise any size differences between breasts. Although this does up at the back, you can do it up at the front round your waist and then swivel it round to just put your arms through.
If an underwire bra is uncomfortable you may like to try one of our soft cup bras, all of which offer excellent support, here.
The Gem or the Rio will give a similar fit to the Millie.
