Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
You will definitely benefit from a fitting at one of our stockists. They can also advise on suitable styles for your bust shape to ensure you feel fabulous in your bra.
We have a range of soft cup bras available if you are struggling with underwire. The Pollyanna is a great option and also the Deco is fabulous, it is moulded and gives amazing shape.
The Deco ranges are only made to a GG cup so if you have changed to a H/HH you will no longer be able to wear these.
We have the Idol being released in May which is a moulded balcony bra similar to the Deco but not made in the plunge style.
Alternatively we do have various half cup bras made to a H/HH which are slightly padded.
It is very difficult to tell your true size from measurements because they are found to be around 70% incorrect. To ensure you get the right size and style for your bust we would always recommend going to your nearest Freya stockist to be professionally fitted.
Our moulded bras are fabulous for minimising differences in breast sizes, the Deco ranges are most popular.
Also balcony styles are an option. Find your nearest Freya stockist here and visit them for a fitting. Our consultants can fit you into a bra that is suited to your bust shape and that will help to minimise any difference in bust size.
Our Flowerbomb and Jungle Fever ranges are closet in fit to the Roxanne.
Our under wires are not nickel free. However they do comply with the BSEN 1811 and OEKO TEX 100 standards.
Our Deco shape wear range may be best to help you, including strapless long-line bras, high waisted briefs and slips.
Alternatively a basque may help you although we don't feature these our sister brands Fantasie and Elomi do.
The Rio balcony bra is a good alternative to the Mille. Also our new Icon in milkshake is fantastic.
If the cup is digging in under the arm pit this can mean that the cup is either too big or not big enough. The wire should fit behind the breast tissue under the arm but it shouldn't be so high that it digs in under the arm. If the wire is sitting on the breast tissue this will dig in and rub. We would recommend getting fitted at your nearest Freya stockist and take along the bra that is digging in so that they can advise.
The Faye is still available to buy both online and in-store. Your nearest stockist can be found here.
The Pollyanna is also available and the closest in fit to the Faye. The other ranges you mention are older collections and now discontinued.
Once you’ve discovered your size, you need to find the style to suit your shape & flatter your figure. Uncover our hints & tips to help you choose the right bra.
