Please see here for our fitting guide. The video demonstrates how a good bra should fit. Be aware not all styles will necessarily suit your bust shape so you may need to order several styles and sizes until you get the perfect fit.
It sounds like you may need to go up a cup size to a 38F. The breast tissue should be fully encased within the cup and not spill over the top creating a double boob effect.
People come in all shapes and sizes - you are perfectly normal.
If you are struggling to find a bra to suit your bust and body shape please visit your nearest Freya stockist where we will be able to fit you in a style to suit your size and shape.
A 34 back will be equivalent to a UK dress size 12. Until you try the swimwear on it is difficult to predict how it will fit your body shape. You may like to try your alternate size of 36G - going up two back sizes to a 38FF may mean your bust is not fully supported.
A 16E will be equivalent to a UK 38E.
The alternate sizes for a 30FF will be either 32F or 28G. Sizes 32E or 30G are unlikely to fit as well - they will be either too big in the back or the cup.
Different brands will fit slightly differently as well as ranges within a brand, this is due to the different styles and fabrics used. To get the best fit for a Freya bra we recommend you visit your local Freya stockist who will be able to fit and advise on the best style to suit your shape.
