Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
A European size 65J is equivalent to a UK 30GG. Please see here for our size chart.
That reference number does not relate to our website. Please see here to be directed to the Deco Black Moulded Plunge Bra.
We love the Active Moulded Sports Bra which is under wired and has side hook fastening allowing for a racer back option. Please see here for sizing and colour options.
We would agree it seems your back size maybe incorrect if your straps are causing you discomfort. We suggest you visit your nearest Freya Stockist to double check your size.
We recommend our range of half cup or moulded bras for uplift. Please see here for our bra style guide.
Please see here for your nearest international Freya stockist both online and in-store.
We're sorry to hear that you are having discomfort with your bra. The primary support in your bra should come from the back strap and if it's digging in it suggests it could be the wrong size.
We suggest you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask a fitting consultant to fit you to ensure you are wearing the correct size and style for your bust shape as this can change post nursing.
Alternatively we love the Pansy Balcony Bra. This offers fully lined cups and deeper wire for extra coverage, great uplift and maximum support.
We love the Deco Moulded Soft Cup Bra. It is comfortable and supportive but also smooth and seam free for limited exposure through garments.
To note, all of our styles are based on the same sizing however different ranges can fit differently due to the different styles and fabrics used. To ensure you get the perfect fit and style for her bust shape we would always recommend that you do go to your local Freya stockist to be fitted and to try on the bras before purchasing.
We're sorry to hear that you're having discomfort with your bra.If the cup is digging in under the arms this can mean that the cup is either too big or not big enough. The wire should fit behind the breast tissue under the arm but it shouldn't be that high that it digs in under the arm.It sounds like you will benefit from a bra fitting to ensure you're wearing the correct size. Why not visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting. Alternatively please see here to view our fitting video which will show how a bra should fit.
It's estimated that 80% of women are in the wrong size bra, but it's easy to find the right fit every time. See our quick video guide.
