If you have lost weight the ideal would be to get refitted if possible. Please see here for your nearest Freya stockist.
Similar to the Rio will be the Enchanted or the coming soon Fearne. You may also like to try our new style Zen which might suit your bust shape.
We are sorry to hear how disappointed you are that the Pier bandeau is not available in a 30 back. We have several ranges of bandeau bikinis available in a 30 back but they only go up to a G cup. The structure of this style will not adequately support larger cup sizes.
You could try your alternate size of 32G - please see here for our bandeau ranges available in this size.
A US 36DDD is equivalent to a UK 36E - if this size no longer fits we would recommend getting fitted to ensure you are wearing not only the correct size but also style for your bust shape.
Please see here for your nearest Freya Stockist.
If this is on the care label it is likely to be a printing error. A UK 32FF is equivalent to a US 32H - in the US bra sizing chart a cup size FF does not exist.
All of our styles are based on the same sizing however different ranges can fit differently due to the different styles and fabrics used. To ensure you get the perfect fit we would always recommend that you do go to your local stockist to be fitted and to try the bra on before purchasing.
Please see here for your nearest Freya stockist.
The Sports bras are typically worn very tight to provide maximum anchorage and support. If a 38 back is too tight - try a 40F.
The Virtue soft triangle tankini only goes up to a F cup. Your alternate size is technically 36FF but you could try a 36F although it may be a little small in the cup.
In the Bondi sweetheart bikini top the padding is not designed to increase the size of the bust but to ensure it is not transparent and to give smooth definition. As such the padding is at most 3mm thick and is not removable.
If you would prefer a wireless sports bra please see our range here. All will provide excellent support and anchorage.
A size small is equivalent to a 10-12 so this would be the best size for you. As the legs on the brief are elasticated, whereas they are not on the short you may prefer the brief as it is less likely to ride up.
Once you’ve discovered your size, you need to find the style to suit your shape & flatter your figure. Uncover our hints & tips to help you choose the right bra.
