Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
It is best if you are fitted into the nursing bra as your bust will be changing all the time, even when nursing it will vary depending on when you last fed. Soft cup is better than underwired as it will be gentler on the changing breast tissue.
Please see here as we have several stockists in Perth.
Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
It is likely that the style of bra does not suit your body shape. You will probably be best with a bandless bra which will not have such a wide band that can roll up.
We suggest you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting. Our fitting consultant will ensure you are wearing the correct bra size and suggest a style suited to your bust and body shape. You can find your nearest Freya stockist here.
The Lauren has been based on the Retro and is the most similar in fit and style.
It sounds like you might be wearing the wrong bra size. It is very difficult to tell your true size from measurements because they are found to be around 70% incorrect.
We suggest you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting. Our fitting consultant will ensure you are wearing the correct bra size and suggest a style suited to your bust shape. You can find your nearest Freya stockist here.
The Ooh La La has been based on the now discontinued Lyla. It is also described as a plunge balcony but it doesn't tend to come down quite so low in the centre.
As your bust is changing on both size and shape we would recommend you get fitted professionally to ensure you are wearing not only the correct size but also the best style for your bust shape. Please see here for your nearest Freya stockist.
As cup sizes increase along with back sizes, the D cup in a 32 back will be slightly smaller than the D cup in a 34 back.
So if both in back and cup the 34D is too big, then the 32D will be smaller in both areas.
I think you are referring to the Untamed balconette in amethyst. Currently the range most similar in style and fit will be the Jungle Fever or the Flower Bomb which is due to be released next month.
Different brands will fit slightly different as well as ranges within a brand, this is due to the different styles and fabrics used. It will also depend on the range of sizes that they have in stock. If they have a limited range of cup sizes (ie do not go beyond a DD or E) then they are likely to fit you to a bigger back than you are to ensure they can fit you to the cup sizes they carry.
To get the best fit for a Freya bra we recommend you visit your local Freya stockist who will be able to fit and advise on the best style to suit your shape. See here for your nearest Freya stockist.
It's estimated that 80% of women are in the wrong size bra, but it's easy to find the right fit every time. See our quick video guide.
