Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
We would recommend you are measured for a bra every 6-9 months so if your last fitting was a few years ago you should definitely go to your nearest stockist and be professionally fitted with one of our consultants as your cup size may have altered as well as your back size. If this is not possible please see our fitting video and advice on styles here.
Unfortunately we do not sell directly to customers. You can buy via the Freya site buy clicking the buy button on any item. This will link you to our sister site for your purchase.
The underwire not sitting flat on your body along with the bulge you mention definitely suggests your cup size is not big enough. Try the 34G If possible we would always recommend visiting a Freya stockist to be professionally fitted into your sports bra.
Bulging from the cups of your bra suggests your cup size is not big enough, have you been fitted as a 32F in the last 6 months? We would definitely recommend visiting your nearest Freya stockist for a professional fitting with one of our consultants. They can ensure you are wearing the correct size and also style for you bust shape.
Alternatively you could try the next cup size up, a FF.
Our Bondi and Zulu ranges both have a soft bikini top. Also our Spirit range has a soft cup tankini.
Both our Summer Indigo and Byzantine ranges have a fold down brief and also and option for a non padded top.
As strapless bras do tend to be a little tighter with more gripper elastic some ladies choose to buy a larger back size to prevent any discomfort. If you wanted to do this your alternate size would be 34F.
A UK 8/10 is equivalent to an XS with Freya. If you were to go up a size to a small this would be equivalent to a UK 10/12.
A half cup style or moulded bra can help with the fitting issue you have.We love our Eden, Fifi and Rapture ranges. All offer a half cup option or if you prefer a little more coverage The Eden and Fifi also have a balcony style within the range.
I'm sorry to hear you have such issues with your bras.
It is very difficult to tell your true size from measurements because they are found to be around 70% incorrect. We would always recommend a professional fitting at your local Freya stockist to ensure you are wearing the correct size and style for your bust shape. If this really isn't possible please see our fitting video here to demonstrate how your bra should fit along with a sizing guide and a guide to what bust shape you have and styles to suit.
The primary support in your bra should come from the back band not the straps so the issues you have with your shoulders does suggest your back size is incorrect. The alternate size to 32GG is 30H. Perhaps this is a good place to start for you with sizing. A half cup style or moulded bra can help with the fitting issue you have.
We love our Eden, Fifi and Rapture ranges. All offer a half cup option or if you prefer a little more coverage The Eden and Fifi also have a balcony style within the range.
