Hi as you probably know we would usually recomend a professional bra fitting, and actually regular fittings throughout your pregnancy as your body changes so frequently during this period. However we totally understand your situation and can fully sympathise with you. Often in a fitting (in a non pregnant lady) you would often go down a back size (at least if in the wrong size) and natually when you go down a back size you would go up a cup size. However, as you are expecting and feel your current bras are too tight you may need to go up a back size . Also if you bust cup size feel tight / squashed in your current size it is possible this cup size will also need to be increased. As you know your bust will naturally increase throughout your pregancy so it will need extra care and support. Enjoy your pregnacy and i hope the mornign sickness comes to a halt very soon for you!
Hi I believe the Canadian bra sizes are the same as USA sizing. If you are a 32DDD/E in a USA size then this would equate to a 32F UK sizing.
When fitting a bra, you should tighten the straps so you can pull them no more than 1 inch above your shoulder.
Sizing does vary from brand to brand, but I recommend you use your size 32 E as a starting point. The sizes range from XS-XL. XS works out as a UK size 10 and it goes up in sizing from there. Love Freya
All brands and styles of bras may vary in sizing, but I would recommend you use the size 30E as a starting point. You can always return or exchange if it does not fit. Alternatively, why don't you take your girlfriend to get proffesionally fitted at your nearest Freya stockist, so you can find a perfectly fitting bra for her?
I would recommend the underwired balcony bikini for you. The balcony shape offers the most coverage, and can be found as a style in our swim ranges stockistCalypso and stockistMagic. We will also be releasing new ranges in this style in May.
My best advice to you is to get proffesionally fitted at your nearest Freya stockist. The fitter will find out your new bra size, and find a great fitting bra giving the best shape and support.
The ideal bra for you is a bra which has the feature side support. Side support gives great uplift, support and forward projection. Try the bra 'Claudine' by our sister range Fantasie. Love Freya
Unfortunatley Freya does not stock this size, luckily our sister brand Goddess does stock this size in some styles. To find Goddess stockists online, please click here
It's estimated that 80% of women are in the wrong size bra, but it's easy to find the right fit every time. See our quick video guide.
