Thanks for contacting the Bra doctor.
Longline bras such as the Hopscotch are always good at smoothing the back.

Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
Although different women will fit the strapless deco shape and the strapless Deco differently, as a general rule the strapless Deco shape will offer more support as it has more anchorage.
A padded half cup or moulded half cup would suit you best. We love the Deco half cup.
If you have not been fitted within the past couple of years then it sounds like you might benefit from a bra fitting to ensure you're wearing the correct size. Why not visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting and to suggest a style suited to your bust shape.
An Australian 14G will be equivalent to a UK 36G. In terms of the co-ordinate brief medium is equivalent to 12-14 and large is 14-16.
Please ensure that your straps are tight enough and correctly positions because if they are too lose they will slip of your shoulder.
The Deco shape has a multi way strap option which if you have as cross over at the back this will help prevent slippage, please see here for our collection. Alternatively our sister brand Fantasie have the Esme and Rebecca ranges which both have centre pull straps which do help prevent slippage.
Each will fit differently depending on your body shape and how comfortable you find a long line bra. Generally the longline bra will provide more support as it has greater anchorage around your body. If possible we would recommend trying both on, along with the outfit it is intended for to see which is better suited.
Please do take the bra to Debenhams who will be able to send it to Quality Control for testing.
If you are a 30G your alternate size will be 32FF. (If you go up on the back come down on the cup, or if you go up in the cup come down in the back).
If it has been a while since you had a bra fitting then we would always recommend that you visit your nearest Freya stockist to ensure you are wearing the correct size and style for your shape. You can find your nearest Freya stockist here.
You would probably benefit from a full cup bra with stretch lace which will ensure you are fully contained and supported while maintaining a lovely shape. Although Freya has no bras in this style, we would recommend the Belle in our sister brand Fantasies range. You can view the Belle here.
