Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
Please ensure that your straps are tight enough and correctly positions because if they are too lose they will slip of your shoulder.
You may to prefer to wear a bra with centre pull straps, this is where the straps come in to the band closer to the fastening so it's harder for the straps to slip off. Although Freya do not produce any bras with centre pull straps our sister brand Fantasie do. You may like to try the Esme or the Rebecca.
A US 36DDD is equivalent to a UK 36E.
If you're not sure what style is best suited to your bust shape why not visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for some advice.

To ensure you get the right size, shape and style for your bust, we suggest you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant for a bra fitting as different brands can fit slightly differently.
We love the Deco Shape multiway bra which is available in a UK 34E (US 34DDD) and comes with a multiple choice of options for the straps.
As you are pregnant we would recommend a soft cup bra and also that you do get refitted as your breast size and shape will be changing. You can find your nearest Freya stockist here.
We love the Dotty and Pollyanna soft cup ranges which also include a nursing bra option.
We tend to specialise in larger cups. However we do recommend that you visit your nearest Freya stockist to be fitted as we often find that in our ranges women tend to fit a smaller back and larger cup. You can find your nearest stockist here.
Please contact the original vendor who will be able to assist you with this enquiry and if need be contact our Quality Control Department.
Freya only has the Marvel with side support but this does not go beyond a H cup (you would be looking at a 34H).
Alternatively our sister brand Fantasie have several side support bras such as the Jana and the Lois which may suit you better. These ranges both come in a 36J, are not padded and have little lace.
Our swimwear is based on bra size, a US 32DDD will be a UK 32E. Ensure you are wearing swimwear with an integral bra or supportive underwire.
A balcony bikini top would be suitable such as the Tootsie (don't be put off by the wording padded - this is to ensure a smooth look with no transparency and does not add volume).
Or if you feel a bit more body conscious - tankinis are the perfect alternative -we love the Pier.
Once you’ve discovered your size, you need to find the style to suit your shape & flatter your figure. Uncover our hints & tips to help you choose the right bra.
