Thanks for contacting the bra doctors.
As measurements are not always accurate we prefer to fit rather than measure for our swim wear. Please see here for your nearest Freya Stockist who will be able to fit you in swimwear that suits your shape and size.
Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
The Deco shape has a multiway strap option which if you have crossed over at the back will ensure the straps do not fall down.
Alternatively our sister brand Fantasie has the Esme and Rebecca ranges which have centre pull straps and which will prevent slippage.
We suggest that you visit your nearest Freya stockist and ask our fitting consultant to fit you into a bra that is suited to your bust shape and will help minimise any difference in bust size. We love our Rio bra as it helps minimise any size difference between breasts.
If you have not been fitted for a while (we recommend every six months) then we would recommend that you visit your local Freya stockist who will be able to fit you professionally and ensure you are wearing the correct size and style for your bust shape.
You can find your nearest stockist here.
Balcony or moulded bras will be excellent styles for you. We love the Patsy plunge balcony and the deco plunge.
The Nambassa Bandeau Bikini top and the Plunge bikini top both come in your size 30F. If you wanted to look for your alternative size it would be 32E.
Thanks for contacting the bra doctor.
If the cups are digging in at the armpit this can mean that the cup is either too big or not big enough. The wires should fit behind the breast tissue under the arm but it should not be so high that it digs in under the arm. If the wire is sitting on the breast tissue it will dig in and rub.
If the bra rides up at the back and does not sit straight below the shoulder blades then the band width is too big.
Please see a link to our fitting video here to see how a bra should fit.
We do strongly recommend that you visit your nearest Freya stockist and be professionally fitted. You can find your nearest stockist here.
Thanks for consulting the Bra Doctor.
Why don't you try a soft cup bra such as Dotty or Pollyanna.
I am sorry to hear your Deco bra has started to come apart on the strap. You do need to consult with Debenhams where it was originally purchased with regards to their returns policy.
It is very difficult to tell your true size from measurements as we find these can be up to 70% incorrect. We would recommend going to your nearest Freya stockist to be professionally fitted. You can find your nearest stockist here.
Once you’ve discovered your size, you need to find the style to suit your shape & flatter your figure. Uncover our hints & tips to help you choose the right bra.
