Thanks for contacting the bra doctor.
The best option would be to get yourself properly fitted by one of our Freya consultants. You can find your nearest stockist here.
If this is not an option you can view our fitting video here which will demonstrate the best way to fit a bra.
Thanks for contacting the Bra doctor.
The bra should be a snug fit and may leave a mark similar to how socks can leave marks on your ankle. It shouldn't rub the skin however or leave you feeling incredibly sore.
I would take the bra to the stockist to be refitted and to ensure that you are fitted correctly.
The soft cup bras would be the best style for your daughter.
We love the Deco soft cup which will give excellent support as well as shape.
With the larger cup sizes the straps widths will increase to ensure adequate support is given without the straps digging into the shoulders.
Although a slightly different shape to the Gem and the Rio you might like to try the Marvel in nude. It's shoulder straps are slimmer than Gem and with the side support panels it gives a lovely shape.
Thanks for contacting the Bra Doctor.
We would recommend that you try the Gem balcony as a suitable alternative to the Antoinette.
See here for our range of tankinis which are very flattering and perfect if you feel self conscious about your tummy. All will have a hidden integral bra so you will have adequate support and be able to show off your curves.
We love the Deco plunge as it gives great uplift and cleavage as well as a smooth shape. You may also like to try the Lauren which is lightly padded with a low cut to give excellent cleavage.
A rigid mould will give you the most uplift.
We love the Deco plunge which also gives a lovely smooth shape.
A US 36G is equivalent to a UK 36F. All Freya swimwear is based on bra sizes so you would be looking for a 36F swimsuit or bikini top.
A UK size 14 is normally equivalent to a medium (M).
Once you’ve discovered your size, you need to find the style to suit your shape & flatter your figure. Uncover our hints & tips to help you choose the right bra.
